Bromfield
Overview
Bromfield is a village in the Allerdale district of Cumbria, located about 5 miles west of Wigton and 4 miles north-east of Aspatria. The Church of St Mungo in Bromfield dates from the 12th century and is a Grade I listed building. Next to the church is a pub/restaurant called the ye old Greyhound Inn. Just to the north of the village is medieval St Mungo's Well. Ludlow Racecourse is a thoroughbred horse racing venue located in Bromfield near Ludlow, Shropshire, England.
