Property Description
Every inch of the design has been carefully considered from the choice of paint colour, shape of the dining table, tiles in the bathroom and so on.
The two level space consists of an open plan living area with a fully working kitchen, dining room and lounge area and two double bedrooms.
The Apartment is located on the second floor with access via a narrow staircase. Unfortunately as there is no lift, the apartment isn’t suitable for people with mobility difficulties.
The bespoke kitchen is fitted with brand new mod-cons including a fridge freezer, dishwasher and an induction hob, electrical oven, microwave, kettle and toaster as well as a full range of utensils and cookware so guests can enjoy dining in. Please do not put hot pans and pots on the worktops, please use the coasters and trivets provided.
We provide basic kitchen essentials including milk, tea, coffee, olive oil, herbs and spices.
There are laundry facilities at the apartment including a washer-dryer, ironing board and iron that you are welcome to use.
The dining table seats up to 4 people for great company over a delicious meal. Please be sure to use coasters and table mats when eating and drinking at the table.
The lounge area consists of a two-seater sofa and lounge chair.
