I want to reset my password

If you’ve forgotten your password or are having trouble logging in to your ProperyStays account, visit: www.ProperyStays.com/forgot_password.

Enter the email address you use for ProperyStays, and you’ll be emailed a link to reset your password.

I want to update my password

If you know your current password, but you want to change it:

1. Go to Account on ProperyStays.com
2. Select Security
3. Under Change Your Password enter your password and follow the instructions on screen

I use Facebook to log in, but I want to create an ProperyStays password

If you created an ProperyStays account by connecting to Facebook, you weren’t required to create a password.

You can continue to log in via Facebook, or if you’d like to create an ProperyStays password, first log out of your ProperyStays account, then follow the steps as if you forgot your password. Once you create an ProperyStays password, you’ll no longer be able to sign in using Facebook, but your ProperyStays account will still be connected to Facebook.
