To change or cancel a reservation, first locate the reservation on PropertyStays.com, the PropertyStays app, or in the reservation confirmation email.
On PropertyStays.com, select Modify reservation
In the PropertyStays app, tap Manage reservation
In your confirmation email, select Change or cancel reservation
From here, you’ll see options to reschedule or cancel, as well as options to add or remove guests
