The service fee is refundable up to 3 times per year if you cancel within 48 hours of booking the reservation.
The service fee isn’t refundable if, at the time you cancel your reservation:
- It’s been more than 48 hours since you booked the reservation
- You’ve already canceled 3 reservations within the last 12 months
- The reservation you’re canceling overlaps with another reservation in your account
For reservations in Italy, or reservations booked by South Korean travelers:
The ProperyStays Service fee is refundable up to 3 times per year, if the reservation you’re canceling doesn’t overlap with another reservation in your account.
Note: Your host’s cancellation policy still applies to the rest of your reservation. Refer to the cancellation policy on your reservation to get more details about what’s refundable.
