Once your Tour is published on ProperyStays, guests can instantly book any dates you’ve made available on your calendar.
When they do, you’ll get a get a confirmation email with the names and number of guests booked under each reservation. There you’ll find a link to message them through the ProperyStays app.
We recommend sending a message to your guests to introduce yourself, get to know them beforehand, and answer any questions they may have. Once you’ve done a few instances, you’ll be able to automate this message.
