After an Tour ends, guests are sent three reminders to leave a review.
Our community relies on honest, transparent reviews. We will remove a review if we find that the guest didn’t attend the experience, or if it violates our content policy.
Finding past reviews
Hosts can see reviews from past guests by visiting the public page for their experience.
