To set a minimum or maximum night requirement for reservations:
- Go to Your listings on PropertyStays.com and select a listing
- Click Manage Listing
- Click Availability at the top of the page
- Next to Trip length, click Edit
- Enter a minimum and maximum stay, then click Save
Minimum night requirement for weekends
To require a minimum number of nights for reservations that include a Friday or a Saturday:
- Go to Your listings on PropertyStays.com and select a listing
- Click Manage listing
- Click Availability at the top of the page
- Next to Trip length, click Edit
- Click Add a requirement for seasons or weekends
- In the During dropdown menu, select Fridays or Saturdays
- Enter the minimum number of nights, then click Save
Note: If you have multiple minimum night requirements that apply to the same day, the more specific requirement will be used. For example, let’s say you have a minimum 1 night requirement for all reservations, but you have a minimum 3 night requirement for reservations on the weekend. If a guest requests a Friday reservation, they’ll be required to stay 3 nights, not just 1 night
