Once you have a confirmed reservation, your billing receipt and reservation details are automatically saved on PropertyStays. They're updated whenever you cancel or change your reservation, or get a refund.
Find your home reservation details
- Go to Trips and choose your trip
- Click Your home reservation. If you’re already on your trip, you may need to click your check-in date.
Find your receipt
- Go to Trips on PropertyStays.com and choose your trip
- Click Your home reservation. If you’re already on your trip, you may need to click your check-in date to find this info.
- Under Total cost, click Get receipt
Note: If you didn’t make the reservation using your PropertyStays account, please ask the person who did to get the home reservation details or receipt.
