Your trips

Once you have a confirmed reservation, your billing receipt and reservation details are automatically saved on PropertyStays. They're updated whenever you cancel or change your reservation, or get a refund.

Find your home reservation details

  1. Go to Trips and choose your trip
  2. Click Your home reservation. If you’re already on your trip, you may need to click your check-in date.

Find your receipt

  1. Go to Trips on PropertyStays.com and choose your trip
  2. Click Your home reservation. If you’re already on your trip, you may need to click your check-in date to find this info.
  3. Under Total cost, click Get receipt

Note: If you didn’t make the reservation using your PropertyStays account, please ask the person who did to get the home reservation details or receipt.
