We don’t allow hosts to cancel a reservation mid-trip without contacting us or submitting a change request to their guest.
To send your guest a request to change the reservation:
- Go to Your Reservations on ProperyStays.com
- Click Change or Cancel next to the reservation you want to change
- Choose Change Reservation
- Click Submit Change
Note: If something comes up and you need to cancel the remainder of the reservation, make sure you message your guest to let them know what’s going on, then contact us for help.
